| Details | The courses are restarting at week 1. Participants can join in from week 1, 2 or 3 as they prefer. |
| The courses are being run in accordance with the TBA COVID-19 Safety Plan (see the website for a copy). | |
| Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. | |
